A commitment undertaken in 1989, with the aim of leading farmers in Polpenazze Del Garda
to organic farming, converting this small community in the Valtenesi hills into an “Organic
Community” thus guaranteeing an undeniable advantage for the environment, local economy
and an attraction to the area for tourists.
An upward path that merits an enthusiastic following: a life project that, since 1997, has been
reaping its first successes in colouring the Polpenazze summer with cultural and gastronomic
events linked with the world of Organic Farming.
