History

The history of farming at L’ulif goes far back to the ancient traditions of the delightful and generous land of Valtenesi del Garda Bresciano. Here people have the habit of giving every family a “scötöm”, a nickname that is handed down through generations. And here we have L’ulif (literally “the olive”) attributed to the Delai family, experts in pruning and curing olive trees of dry rot, an elected symbol of the fortitude and wealth of a dream pursued with constant tenacity since 1989: organic farming and produce.
