The Rosso Superiore L’ulif (from Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese grapes)
is an excellent accompaniment for mature cheeses, cooked vegetables, red meats and game.
It should be served at 16-18°C.
The Novello L’ulif (from Groppello and Marzemino grapes) is an excellent accompaniment
for Autumn dishes, chestnuts and cheese. It should be served at 12-14°C.
